Nguyen Ngoc Nghia received his Ph.D. from Changwon National University in the Department of Chemistry under the guidance of Prof. Yong-Ill Lee. Following that, he embarked on a postdoctoral research position in the Department of Chemistry at Kyunghee University, Seoul Campus, under the supervision of Prof. Joohoon Kim. During his academic journey, his primary research interests have revolved around the development of biosensors utilizing portable devices such as Arduino, smartphones, and microfluidic devices.
Furthermore, he has been actively involved in investigating the field of electrochemiluminescence combined with imaging and electrocatalyst analysis. Notably, he has recently developed a strong interest in energy conversion, specifically in the conversion of recyclable waste from the environment into usable energy.
